Introducing Charlotte Clapperton, Mezzo-Soprano
Charlotte Clapperton is a member of the Royal Academy Opera (RAO). Her awards include both first prize and song prize at the prestigious 2025 Richard Lewis-Jean Shanks Award. Charlotte has a varied repertoire of both opera and oratorio, classics and contemporary. She has covered in the Royal Opera House production of Larmes de Couteau/Full Moon in March.
Charlotte recently very much enjoyed a highly successful run playing the title role in the RAO production of Carmen.
